Lachlan is performer and lawyer who grew up on Wadawurrung and Dja Dja Wurrung Country. When he was a student at La Trobe University, he was swept up into Gold Satino’s work and became a star member of the ensemble. His previous bio simply read ‘Stud’, which about sums it up.

Anneli Björåsen


Anneli Björåsen is a Melbourne based performer of Scandinavian descent. She is currently an artist in repertoire with Chamber Made Opera, a soprano with the Swedish Choir in Melbourne, and has been a performing member of Gold Satino since 2012. In 2011 she was nominated for a Green Room Award for her performance as Elina in 'Sarajevo Suite', directed by Bagryana Popov at La Mama; the play was selected as an ensemble of La Mama Mobile in 2012 and completed a regional tour of Victoria, receiving a VicHealth Touring Grant Award as part of the Arts About Us initiative. In 2013 she was part of the Chamber Made Opera ensemble performing in 'Turbulence', and partook in the filmatization of the production by Peter Humble in 2015 for the ebook LIGE, released by the Danish Ministry of Culture and Danish Ministry of Equality in collaboration with the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts to mark the 100th anniversary of female suffrage in Denmark. She is at present pursuing a doctorate in English Literature through La Trobe University and works as the Sponsorships Manager of the Girls on Film Festival and Treasurer of Gold Satino.
